We are from out of town and had issue with our car. We called them up and they saw us immediately. The lady that was at the front was very nice and helpful. Paul and Brandon fixed it up quickly and were great to work with! I would use them if I lived here and will definitely go back to them when I’m in town if needed!!

The great reviews for Barney’s must have come when he was still in the shop. First come, first serve and no reservations. Ok. So I drop off my vehicle and it sits there for a week. When they do finally get to it I’m told it will be over $700 just to take off a valve cover and diagnose before they even start working on it. And I thought the dealership service department was high. They were going to charge $200 for that. Then Barney’s tell me the damage for a tapping lifter could possibly run up to $8,000. I had an accident one morning and Paul saw me struggling with my little scissor jack and spare tire. He came out of the shop, out of his way, and used his impact and floor jack to help me. He had me on my way in no time. Paul, you made my rough morning much better. I will be a customer the next time my vehicle needs service. Thank you for your kindness Paul and Barney’s Auto. We were traveling to AZ from NY and our car developed a clunking noise. Googled shops and took a chance on Barney's. So glad we did!! These guys were busy BUT took the time to all get together to figure out the problem and then fixed it!! While we waited!! When does that ever happen? They went above and beyond for us and got us back on the road ASAP! Best customer service ever!! Highly recommend! Thank you to everyone at Barney's!!
