Bull City Mobile Repair

I understand that shops can get busy, but I wish I had been told upfront that my device couldn’t be worked on that day. I was told it would be ready by the end of the day. However, when I called a few hours later to check on the status, I found out that no work had been done. I then had to make another trip to pick up my device so it wouldn’t be left there over the weekend. Better communication would really help customers plan their time.

I’m updating my review after Tim, the owner, reached out to help remedy the issues I had the first time. I am not the most tech literate person, so I didn’t know that a certain screen type would drain my battery more than most others’ because my battery’s condition was so poor. I had issues with blue stress marks and hairline cracks on the screen after dropping my phone shortly after my first repair. I left a review and Tim reached out to address every issue mentioned. He apologized and assured me that the folks at the shop would replace my battery and screen on the house to make up for the problems I ran into the first time around, and they did! Tim assured me that Michael would handle the repair personally. Michael was very kind and professional and even showed me my old phone battery to help put into perspective what went wrong the first time. Both the owner and Michael went out of their way to take great care of my old iPhone that I’ve put through hell and back and I so appreciate it! Michael clearly knows what’s what when it comes to phones and I’m sure he could answer any questions a more tech literate customer could have. When picking up my phone today, there was a return customer before me in line. He was offered a discount for being a loyal customer. I will be trusting Bull City Mobile Repair with all my future repairs. It’s so nice to know that there are still local businesses that put customer experience above making an easy buck!
