Everyone from the counter sales people, the guys loading to the guy that checks your truck when you leave could not be any more helpful. Returns are simple and fast. And they load your lumber sorting through it to make sure you get decent stuff. Best place around to buy building supplies.
I see alot of good reviews maybe it's just me but this experience has been horrible. 2. I just had to purchase 900 bucks worth of wood that I couldn't use in my package delivered from BDC. Upon delivery got no plans for my building no count sheet no clue what was delivered. so I reached out to bdc through email and was told they don't usually give out the plans unless there asked for yea the plans on the building i just spent almost 4k dollars on. I'm not finished my building yet but I'm sure based off what's been happening is ill need to buy more wood out of whats missing.or whats not usable. So many positive recommendations and from my experiance this place don't deserve them. If you have doubts by all means let me know i have plenty of proof including emails.
