Rob and Bug Out have been taking care of us for years. He’s consistently thorough, friendly, and professional. We truly appreciate the care and attention he brings to every visit.

Our company has been with Terminix for years and have always been given 5 star service. If there is ever a need for assistance in between our visits getting ahold of our representative or customer service is a breeze.

Have used BugOut service for years and they have always been responsive and done a great job. Justin checks in when gets here to touch base and inquire about any issues, then takes care of his tasks.

Our tech, Justin, always takes the best care of our property. He asks what issues we have and then addresses each area with the utmost care. He is friendly and easy to deal with. Bugout overall does a great job with our pest control. We use them for quarterly maintenance and termite protection. If we have any issues they take care of it quickly.

Outstanding Service from Robert Davis at Terminix! Robert Davis did an exceptional job during his visit. He communicated his ETA clearly and kept me informed every step of the way. Once on site, he took the time to thoroughly explain what he found and what treatment options were available. I cannot say enough great things about Robert Davis from Terminix (BUG-OUT). Robert is awesome! He truly has a “can-do” attitude and approaches his work with professionalism and confidence. He made sure to go over every small and big detail. He conducted a thorough survey of my property, clearly shared his findings with me, and explained both the short-term and long-term action plans—not only to treat the current issue but also to prevent it from happening again. I called Bugout several weeks ago regarding a problem I was having with mice in my garage and basement. I was fortunate enough to get Robert Jones as my residential inspector. He was able to identify and correct the problem as well as to point out some termite damage that needed to be addressed. He definitely went the extra mile to ensure that all issues were addressed. When one worker was unable to come to work on the mitigation in the garage, he stepped in to ensure that the work was completed on time. He is very conscientious and goes above and beyond standard requirements. Anyone would be fortunate to have him as their residential inspector! I feel very lucky that he was mine and have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

Pleased with Bug Out's overall service, but this annual termite inspection for my warranty renewal was not the service I had received in the past. My past experiences have been a thorough check under the house including moisture checks. This one was a walk around visual of the exterior only.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. We got recommended to them but unfortunately they have the worst communication. First time getting pest control and they were supposed to come anytime between 8-12 (wish it would just be a set time instead of waiting around all morning), then it gets to 12 and they hadn’t come. I call and they said he’s coming over now. The exterminator said it was bought for morning but told to him as afternoon. So oh well nothing I can do other than be stressed and annoyed. Second week they don’t show up. I call and they told me it got canceled. They didn’t notify me or anything about this. Told me they would give me a refund. A week goes by and I haven’t gotten any notification. With my past history I knew I would have to call and do the work to get this figured out. I called and they said my next service is in the next month. What?! I got a refund. But I guess I’ll stick with you guys. And for the first month it’s unlimited. But I’ll definitely be cancelling for the second month since they do not do refunds. I do not trust these guys one bit. It’s been an absolute pain working with them. Not complaining just stating facts. If anyone has a referral to a good pest control company please let me know.
