A great place to take your vehicle. The front desk gentlemen are very professional and will make sure any problem your vehicle has will get resolved. The mechanics in the garage are friendly and are good at diagnosing vehicle issues. Their pricing is fair market can I get the job done fast. I would not hesitate to bring any of my vehicles back to Buettners.
I'd like to thank the guys at Buettner Tire Distributor for such wonderful customer service and professionalism today. I needed a flat tire replacement and they had the new tire ordered and put on same day. They even give you money off if you keep your tire!!
A flat tire repair turned out to be a no-charge repair. To add to this, the Beuttner workers took the tire out of my truck, made the minor repair, and put it back in my truck! I was so happy with the repair that I left a tip for the employee who actually did the work. Since we are new to the area, Beuttner was recommended by a neighbor. We now know where we will have our tire needs fulfilled in the future - thanks, Beuttner, for a quick, inexpensive repair!
20 year customer. Everything that made them great is gone. No internal communication and lousy customer service now. Called for tires. They said they would call when tires arrived. They did, and said, it’s first come first served. You can stop in any time. Called an hour before going and said I should be there in a hour, no problem he said. Walked in and the first thing the guy at the counter said, “Got an appointment? Two hours later still waiting . Went to the counter, said what’s up, been two hours, one guy shrugs, I don’t know, the other guy said, I’ll go check but didn’t say anything when he came back. Paid and left for the last time… yea, prices ain’t that great anymore either. Plenty of tire places in Winchester. Buh, bye.
Was in town for the holidays and I blew a front tire. went to a couple of other shops to get it replaced and their answer was we dont have the tire and won't be able to get until next week. Tire size 255/70/17. My wife found Buettner online. She called and spoke with Bobby and he got the tire ordered and installed the same day. Great service, quick service they did not try to up sell me anything. And while I was there I saw Bobby with a customer taking his time going through diffrent tires and prices helping the customer find the best tire for his budget, that really stands out in today's world. I would recommend to anyone needing tires or repairs. Thank you Team Buettner for getting me a tire and back on the road this holiday season!
