The service experience was top quality. Every detail was explained pricing was rational and clear. Jedediah was professional, friendly and helpful. Two items which we thought needed repair were addressed without any cost. This service operation is obviously well managed and well organized. Most importantly, the selection of top quality people was carefully attended to.

Isaac at Toyota Bud Clary of Yakima was absolutely fantastic to work with. He got my car in and out of the shop in a very timely manner, which I truly appreciated. I’ll admit I came in with a lot of questions and high expectations, but Isaac handled everything seamlessly and with total professionalism. He was incredibly polite, patient, and knowledgeable, and never once made me feel like I was asking too much. He worked with me every step of the way to make sure I was comfortable and informed, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate how accommodating he was, and he turned what could have been a stressful visit into an amazing experience. Highly recommend working with Isaac.
Jon was awesome to work with. From scheduling the appointment to helping me choose from their service options. We really enjoyed seeing the detailed video inspection of our car. During the appointment we went across the street to shop at Costco with our kiddos and wagon. When we returned to pickup our vehicle Jon noticed and even had our van pulled up valet style so we could easily load our kiddos and grocery haul. We look forward to coming back for more service.
Martin was very professional and kind, answering all questions and going into extra detail. He made the process of buying my very first car smooth and easy, explaining things I didn’t understand. Especially the financial parts of it, he was very thorough. I love my 2025 RAV4! She has taken me and my family on many adventures and we can’t wait for more!!
