Cameron at Brian Wear Plumbing was fantastic! The team was quick to respond following an unexpected minor flood in our basement and they took care of not only that but a handful of other plumbing issues throughout our newly purchased fixer upper. The cost to get everything addressed was very reasonable and I was especially pleased with how transparent they were. Highly recommended!
I called today for the first time and they showed up today. We could smell gas the night before but not today. Dan found the tiniest leak to our furnace. He took care of it and my family feels safe. Over the phone and in-person, everyone was very professional and helpful. Refreshing customer service.
Brian Wear plumbing had a professional to ou home within the hour. Bill was very knowledgeable and informative. They brought a hot water heater as ours was old. 1998. The crew spent several hours correcting problems and making needed improvements. I feel the price was fair as the equipment and personnel were excellent
