I hired Affordable Plumbing Sewer & Drain to clear my sewer line. They told me it was done, but within just a few days my drains were backing up exactly the same as before. The City of Columbia checked the line and confirmed the issue was still on my side, meaning the line was never fully cleared. I reached out to the company several times, but they stopped responding. I haven’t been able to shower or do laundry for days. Any reputable drain company offers a callback/warranty, especially when the problem returns this quickly. Instead of fixing their incomplete work, they left me with the same issue and no communication. This has been extremely stressful and unsanitary, and I’ve received no support or follow-up. I hope they do the right thing and correct this, but as of now I cannot recommend them.
