10/10 – Highly Recommend BoxDrop Furniture! We had an awesome experience with the guys at BoxDrop Furniture. From the minute I walked in, they were super helpful, down to earth, and genuinely fun to deal with. No pressure, no nonsense — just straight-up good people. They helped us get exactly what we needed, and to top it off, they even threw away a big crate and box I had in the back of my truck so I’d have room for the new furniture 😂. Who does that anymore? That’s above-and-beyond customer service right there. They were cracking jokes, keeping things light, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. It didn’t feel like a typical “furniture store” experience — it felt like dealing with buddies who actually care. If you’re on the fence, just go. Great prices, great service, and great people.
