As a landlord with several properties in Hot Springs Bowen's Plumbing is my go to when my tenets have plumbing problems.Very reliable and dependable.Price quotes are always given beforehand and all paperwork sent to me in a timely manner.I do not live in Hot Springs and all interaction is done over the phone.
I paid a lot for the water heater and installation but, I don't know the breakdown of pricing. They came out the same day and had it taken care of. I am very satisfied with the job well done.
Mr. Bowen is highly skilled, professional, pleasant and always easy to work with…Ms. Letitia in the office keeps scheduling flexible and easy for customers; after over 25 years of working with them on a variety of issues and projects, we would not want to use anyone else!!
