Borth-Wilson Plumbing & Bathroom Remodeling

We love our new bathroom! We chose Borth-Wilson because they are a one-stop shop that specializes in bathrooms. We were clueless about what to pick out, and they gladly assisted us and gave us suggestions. They are very efficient with scheduling. The team worked for 3.5 weeks straight, and the bathroom was done. There were no delays or problems. Communication is excellent, as they keep you updated every step of the way. The work they do is fantastic.

Great experience with Borth for our master bathroom remodel. The planning experience was very organized and personalized. I felt that their designers were knowledgeable, offered great recommendations while also including us in the decision making. The remodeling itself felt effortless on our end. We barely even felt their presence in the home the entire time they were working since they kept things so clean every day. The contractors we did meet were very professional and kind. The Borth team was so organized and kept us updated on the plan for each week via email so we knew exactly what was happening every step of the way. If we ran into any complications (which there were very few and minor), they handled each challenge efficiently and we never felt like we needed to worry about anything. We loved the outcome in the end and the bathroom turned out exactly what we asked for! It took a while to get the actual work started from when we signed our initial contract, but it was well worth the wait. I would definitely work with them again for future projects in our home.

We can't say enough about Borth-Wilson and our bathroom remodel. We loved the fact that they are a one stop shop and we didn't have to go find our vanity, toilet, bathtub, etc. ourselves. Their designers work with you to make selections right out of their showroom. And if you want something different, they will find it for you. Everyone within the company is very knowledgeable. Every step of the process was painless and their technicians are fabulous. There is no nickel and diming with their pricing. If something unexpected pops up, they aren't adding on more costs, they just fix it. We have two dogs and left specific instructions about keeping certain doors and gates closed, which they always followed and communicated to any new techs or electrical contractors that came onsite. They also gave our dogs tons of love and sent pics of them back to the office. 🤣 We are so happy with our new bathroom. The materials and craftsmanship are high quality and they finished ahead of time. We highly recommend Borth-Wilson!
