My mom had a major sewage back up in her basement. A&J responded quickly and even helped us find a plumber. Shaun and Steve were wonderful to work with! They communicated with us, were professional and did a wonderful job! We couldn't be more pleased. They made a difficult day better with kindness and understanding.
A & J is professional and understanding. Michele and Austin are both very pleasant to work with. They are good at what they do with a quick turnaround time as well! Also, it can be so overwhelming when things happen, so you can’t beat the free estimate if you are unsure and need a place to start!
I have had the pleasure of working with Michele W, Cole, and Austin at A&J. My daughter used them for an issue with a sewage leak and they were there and did an outstanding job of getting things vented and then sealed off for her and her families' protection. I have referred their services over and over to family, friends, and colleagues. Their work is undeniably the best in the business. They are very responsive and do exactly what they say they can do, and do not try to sell you something you do not need! They are very transparent, professional, timely and friendly. They have the competition beat by a long shot!
I had an unfortunate issue that caused excessive water in my basement. A&J was extremely prompt, they arrived the very next morning and took care of the most important initial needs. From there, and all the days to follow they continued until the project was replaced, repaired and put back in order. Going through something like this for the first time I felt comfortable and trusted A&J. They were extremely professional throughout the entire process.
A&J Restoration completed my mold remediation as well as restoring my basement. I dont think I can say enough about how great this team was. The communication was great, they were fast, professional, and very respectful while they were here. They explained to me everything they were doing and I never felt like I was out of the loop. Brennan was a great project manager. He checked in several times to see how the project was going. He even stopped by to make sure things were going well. They did a great job with the restoration and the crew was so nice!!! This has been a great experience during a stressful time for me. I will definitely use them in the future.
