this is the first time I have used Bon Air as my usual HVAC company retired. I was extremely pleased with everyone i spoke with. all were very helpful and most pleasant. my tech, Jimmy Elliot was quick, efficient and quickly determined the problem. it was 103• and he had it corrected in a short time. he was thoughtful and professional and mentioned several services i am indeed interested in but not pushy. price was great. Jimmy is definitely a positive representative for the company. Bon Air is now my a/c company. thanks to all of for making a bad situation so much better.

Our primary AC unit for our house was 28 years old when we moved in to this house 2 years ago. We had multiple quotes to replace it but Cody at Bon Air was the most professional and straightforward rep I’ve ever dealt with on the HVAC side. It’s one of the most expensive purchases you can make for a home and he made it extremely transparent for us. Explaining exactly what SEER rating was recommended for our home, how much it would actually improve our energy bill, etc. He was available day and night to answer any questions we had. I will absolutely keep doing business with Bon Air just for the customer service.
