One of the most unprofessional people I've ever dealt with showed up an hour late with a bad attitude flat out
Arguing with about my heat pump working just fine and getting angry when I disagreed with him. I always had good luck with this company in the past but it's under new ownership and they apparently have zero people skills
Called to ask for price and availability for a furnace tuneup. got the answers I needed and told the receoptionist that I'd call back after checking with the wife whether morning or afternoons worked best. her response was "ooookay?" like she was confused as to what I was talking about. Normally, I really wouldn't care much, but when I've already got quotes from 5 other businesses, makes it easier to filter who I'll end up going with.
I made an appointment for A/C repair. Due to extreme heat the appointment was a week off. Day of the repair I called at the appointment time (I had to take off work early to make the appointment) because no one had called or showed up. The lady on the phone said I had no appointment. I explained to her that I recognized the voice and she was the one who made my appointment. She said someone would be there shortly. The fellas came which were Jordan and someone else. The work was performed and they promptly handed me a invoice for about $350 which included "fuel charge". I've never paid a fuel charge...thats what the service call charges are for. This is a horrible way to treat a new customer. Bolles/Advanced dropped the ball. They lost my appointment, was late, and overcharged me for service that was literally blocks from the advertised business address. I paid the bill, and will find another service provider for future needs.
Called the Owner twice for them to come check out my furnace, they said they would call me before heading out. They sent their guy (Richard, terrible
and rude guy) that showed up while I was at work and he called me and said that if I didn't show in 5 minutes he would leave and bill me. I told him to wait for me but instead he started insulting my mother and being rude, he called me again and said he wasn't going to check it because he had nicer houses to see, and that we probably had bugs in our house,(Very disrespectful). I called the owner to notify him about the situation, he said he would come see personally. Now its been a full week and he has not answered any calls. terrible service will never do business here again. Zero Stars.
