I bought a Sunheat SH-1500 portable heater in 2009. It has proven to be the perfect solution for a finished basement in a house with a forced air furnace. We couldn't keep our lower level warm because the furnace-heated-air simply rose to the upper level and the lower level remained cool. Living in a northern state, our winter seasons are long and cold. It was suggested to me that I buy an infrared heater and the man that provided the recommendation told me why I should only buy one made by Sunheat. I am so glad I listened. The quality of the USA made infrared room heater was outstanding. Cost to run much less than tower or ceramic heaters. Used heater for 15 years with no issues then SunHeat helped us replace center core for half the price of new one. Was so refreshing to work with Josh, Co President and customer service that was immediately responsive, thorough and OMG they did what they said they would do. That seldom happens anymore. You wont be disappointed by the product or the customer service.

If there's ever an accurate definition of customer service and standing behind your product, this is it... Come Holiday time my brother and I usually exchange pleasantries in the form of bartering or some exceptional food so to speak. This past year I had a box heater go out in my finished lower level where I have a home office.
