As a small business owner, I never leave negative reviews lightly. I know how damaging they can be, and I always do everything in my power to resolve things privately. But after four months of lies, excuses, and being left without a working refrigerator, I’m at a breaking point. I have no choice but to speak out. I hired Boca Appliances Repair in December to fix my fridge. They came out once, told me it would be handled, and that was the beginning of months of complete nonsense. Every single week I was told “next week for sure,” and I believed them. I held off on buying a new fridge because I trusted what they said. And now here I am, four months later, still without a working fridge in my own home. I’ve had to throw away hundreds of dollars in spoiled food. I’ve relied entirely on Uber Eats, frozen meals, and eating out. I’ve spent more money on takeout in the last few months than I ever have in my life. I haven’t been able to cook a proper meal in my own kitchen since December. No groceries. No leftovers. No sense of normalcy. Just waste, stress, and daily frustration. It has been exhausting. Then, after months of waiting, I found out that the technician they sent had taken the money for himself and never processed the repair through the company. The owner admitted this to me. And yet, instead of helping me, he told me he couldn’t take responsibility because of “liability.” No solution. No fix. No refund. Just silence. This company has shown zero integrity, zero urgency, and zero care for the customer. They’ve caused me financial loss, disrupted my life, and left me with nothing but excuses and false hope. All while they continue collecting glowing reviews online. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect as a paying customer. Do not trust Boca Appliances Repair. If something goes wrong, they will leave you hanging. Just like they did to me.
