This place sucks. I called them awhile back, while I was on my way, to say I’d be 2 minutes past close to drop off some shoes and the man that answered the phone said ‘we wait for no one.’ You might expect this behavior from large corporations, but not a small business. Very tacky.

I went 40 dollars just for some glue on a shoe?!? it wasn’t even done well the glue is dried all over my shoe and the guy only did one side of my shoe.
Took a pair of black boots in for my wife to have the zipper repaired. Payed $30.00 to have it “fixed” and it was a joke. Black glue all over the boot and when I asked the guy what he can do to fix it. He responds “I don’t give a **** that you don’t like it that’s the best we can do. I’m attaching photos of the boots that he has smeared black glue on and called it a repair. Can’t believe they are still in business. I will be finding a new shoe repair that care about its customers and work.
I was a little hesitate after some of the negative reviews especially because this was the first pair of boots I’ve ever had resoled and I really like them. I took a pair of red wings to get new outsoles and, thankfully, they had the exact new soles I was interested in getting in shop which led to a week turn around. Very happy with the resole. The price was higher than expected ($100) but the result was great and it still beat sending them back to red wing for a resole in terms of price and turn around time plus you support a local business. I plan on using them again.
