I took my car in for tire repair service was great. Pricing was great but just yesterday I wanted to do a tire rotation on my car. I could not loosen the lug nuts. They were way over. Tighten too much. I use my impact gun cannot take them off. I use my air gun. I was only able to remove three and the other two I cannot take them off so I used a long extension from my Jack, that was the only way for me to remove the last two Lugnuts. I think their staff should at least torque the Lugnuts to the specified manufactures specifications instead of the Lugnuts over tightened. What if I would’ve gotten stranded with the flat tire and I couldn’t takeoff the wheel off because the Lugnuts were over tightened?
