Marcel was great. He had been one of my estimates that I had gotten when my heat went out during a cold spell. The other company fell thru after they said they would come the next day. I called Marcel, I was upset, told him what happened. He calmed me down said he would order the unit but could not install for 3 days. I had Rheumatoid Arthritis and cold weather was making it worse. He had two heaters delivered until he could install the new unit. They came on time, and worked all day in a professional manner. Brought runners for the floors. I am very happy with their work, I recommend them highly. New heating and AC unit
