DIY repair made easy with these guys! They have helped me to diagnose problems, showed me how to make the repair myself. They aren't necessarily the lowest priced parts but they are top quality. They have excellent customer service. Minor con: I wish they were open more hours! Lol
Was extremely straightforward, knowledgable and honest about the part I needed for a washing machine repair and how to do it myself. No frills or BS, would highly recommend.
Gone here a couple of times to pick up parts and they always have them in stock and are super helpful and knowledgable. Fixed my washing machine agitator today thanks to them for $7 (when they could have sold me a whole repair kit for $40, with more parts in it than I actually needed). The gentleman at the counter showed me the assembly diagram and walked me through the replacement with some helpful hints as well (without being condescending, which I appreciate). Good place, definitely recommend.
I have been to this place twice for advise. Gaylord was right both times. One time I was able to fix the issue myself. The other time was the part he diagnosed and he ordered the part by the next day. Fixed it myself. Highly recommended. Thank you sir.
I called and spoke with Will. he asked great questions and was able to mostly assess the problem with my washing machine over the phone. he set up a time to come over with part, was in time, performed the repair quickly, and verified it worked before he left. not sure there could be a better outcome.
