Had a small issue I needed addressed in a hurry on a weekend of course. The tech came out and fixed it quickly and easily. They were running a special weekend rate at the time which I won’t disclose here that made it a good value for me. But I will say, of the 15 calls I made that Saturday, only 2 called back same day and they were the first. That’s something I really appreciated.
This was my first experience with Black Plumbing, I have put them in my phone as my favorite go to Co. I was so impressed with their response. The plumber arrived promptly, Travis was so knowledgeable. He explained everything & totally resolved my issue . I am so grateful to Travis..call Black Plumbing they are great.
Tristen from Black Plumbing came to examine our water heater which had stopped working. Quite pleased with his recommendation and have ordered a new unit to be installed. While he was here he also took care of 3 other minor problems including a toilet that kept running, a leak faucet, and other faucet problem. He and his assistant, Brandon were courteous, professional, and very efficient. We were very pleased with his knowledge and ability to fix everything!
Sewer Line Assessment October 2025: Black Plumbing assessed the sewer line at my house out to alley, providing pictures also. I had tree roots in the line and the line was collapsing in the yard. The original line was over 60 years old, made of a mixture of a petroleum/tar-like substance mixed with wood chips, pebbles, etc. Dan completed the sewer assessment and explained everything to me in detail, which was very helpful! Replacement of line from house to alley, November 2025: they took care of it all, including notifying utility, meeting inspector, finishing the project, and cleaning up the yard.
