Well, isn't this a treasure and delight! After Coach told me NOPE! Can't help you with your COACH bag that is legit because it's too old I turned to this place. The straps were literally falling apart 😪 and I was desperate because I love, love this purse! I mean, seriously, isn't it super cute? He took one look and said, "yep!" And I said, "yay!" He fixes the straps in a snappy black (so cool 😎) and charged me 50.00. Yes, folks. For once, quality work at an affordable price 👌. A treasure and delight!

I wish I had a before picture! This is one of my late mother’s purses, a special Kate Spade bag that could not be replaced. Foolishly, I stored it in a warm environment with other colorful leather purses (do not do that! Protect each bag in a bag of their own!), and it got a red stain on it from a red purse. Specifically on the back side. I held onto it like that for years, thinking the only solution was to eventually dye over it in a green dark enough to hide it. But BKB fixed it!!! Dropped a pair of boots off here for a half sole and was told it would take about a week and a half to two weeks. It ended up taking a little over a month and a half. During that time, I called three times to check on them and was told each time that I’d get a call back — which never happened. When I finally went in to pick up the boots, the gentleman at the counter had a bit of an attitude. They also added a heel that I didn’t ask for, and when I mentioned it, the response I got was, “Well, it wouldn’t really make sense to get a half sole and not a heel, so I don’t know why you would’ve done that.” Overall, not a great experience.
