5 Stars for the kind gentlemen that come out for service calls on our copier. But, 0 Stars for the extremely rude and condescending man who always answers the phone with an attitude. Do better if you’re going to be in customer service. Definitely makes us want to choose a different company to work with due to the poor service over the phone every single time we call.
