We had somewhat of an emergency. Our kitchen faucet would not turn off after attempting to fix a drip. BPHC sent out a repair person within a hour or so. He stopped the running water, repaired the very old turn on/ off valves , rearranged some of the plumbing, and installed a new updated faucet. It's all working great now !
We highly recommend Birmingham Plumbing and Heating and excellent technicians Jackie and Sean. Our issue was frozen and burst pipes not allowing the water to flow through to the baseboards, and our equipment isn’t exactly new so it took a lot of problem solving. Jackie and Shawn had our heat working by end of the day, and we thank them for their efficient service and repair and for getting our heat running during this arctic weather.
Ever since I stumbled on this company for my elderly mother (I’m in Tennessee) it’s been nothing but positive experiences. These people are a class act. Always going above and beyond for my mom. Prompt, friendly, kind, courteous. They always keep you informed of appointments and which technicians are coming. The last technician was Greg and mom says he was amazing.
