Today I found myself in a pretty ugly predicament. Driving down I90 my back tire blew! I had 2 kids in the car and nobody to call.. Also, had no spare 😭 After calling around, I was referred to Big Sky and this wonderful human, Andreas Little Nest, came right out and fixed me up quickly. Brand new tire (although my other tires were only 4 months old) and me and the kiddos were back on the road. It was affordable and professional and I'm so grateful.
I would give a perfect 10star if I could. Don’t be in shock when you pull up to the tire shop in a corn field. Sunday evening I popped a tire coming through Billings. Michilen on call couldn’t get anyone to answer. I called Big Sky and he said get to the shop I will be there in 30-40 min. It’s approx 1 mile from Loves (who doesn’t have tire care). The young guy that arrived had me changed and repaired in less than an hour. I can say enough on how efficient he was and professional! For a Sunday evening repair job I was expecting a long wait but not here. Send your business to this shop, you won’t be let down. I’m an OTR driver and this was one of the best shops I’ve been to in 30 years.
I’ll add to all the 5 star reviews. Picked up a bolt through one of my trailer tires early on a Saturday morning. Young gentleman opened up the bay door right on 8am backed me in and the guys got straight to work on my tire. Pulled, patched and on my way in no time . Awesome service and super reasonable. Will definitely use again when needed.
I would give them more stars if I could. I’ve had a blown tire, called them and got it replaced in less than 15 minutes. Best tire shop I’ve ever been!! Thank you so much for getting me rolling back to the road so quickly. Costumer service 10/10
If you need tires for your Motorhome or Class B/C this is the place to go. I just replaced all 6 of my tires on my Tiffin Motorhome with Toyo M154 tires. I researched many shops and chose Big Sky Tire for their experience and outstanding service. WOW did these guys go out of their way to do the best job. I am a very OCD person and they meticulously removed, installed, balanced and replaced all of the tires. Carefully installing to insure my complete satisfaction including keeping my aluminum wheels spotless. Nicholas, the manager, was a pleasure to work with and they have the best price on tires in 4 states. And NO SALES TAX in Montana. Do yourself a favor when you need commercial tires and come here. They are every bit a 5 star shop.
