Ran into what appeared to be some drive controller or BIOS corruption on one of our laptops that I couldn't sort out on my own, to the point where I chiefly needed to get media data recovered from it (photos, videos, documents). In addition to cleanly recovering our data, Brandon went above and beyond in trying to track down contact with the laptop vendor to recover the system or resolve the BIOS/controller issue that would not allow for even a replacement OS to be installed.
