Brandon was AWESOME! Very honest and overall great person. I had called around to other tech repair shops and Brandon was by far the cheapest. He fixed the problem in no time! Will definitely go to him for all of our tech needs!

Ran into what appeared to be some drive controller or BIOS corruption on one of our laptops that I couldn't sort out on my own, to the point where I chiefly needed to get media data recovered from it (photos, videos, documents). In addition to cleanly recovering our data, Brandon went above and beyond in trying to track down contact with the laptop vendor to recover the system or resolve the BIOS/controller issue that would not allow for even a replacement OS to be installed. While the laptop was unable to be fixed, the data recovery and some parting out was greatly appreciated and Brandon is more than fair in his service pricing. If I ever need next level assistance, he will be my first choice!

Great experience with BG Tech Repair. Had a PSU fail that took out my CPU. He got me back up and going quickly, better than before. Will definitely use him again in the future. Quick, dependable and communication is top notch.
