I’ve been dreaming of a new kitchen since the day I bought my house over 25 years ago. After pricing cabinets at multiple places, I was discouraged to find that I couldn’t get what I wanted without paying the price of full custom cabinetry. A friend recommended Better Homes Cabinets & Granite, so I decided to check them out—and I’m so glad I did. First, I have to talk about our sales representative, Bill. He was truly wonderful. Bill was with us through the entire process and patiently answered every question I had (and there were many!). When we needed to cut down a drawer to accommodate a water filter under our sink, he did it himself at no charge. Every concern was addressed, and every detail explained. On top of that, he’s a dog person—which goes a long way in our household. His kindness, responsiveness, and customer service were absolutely stellar. Now, onto the cabinets. They are exactly what I wanted. I wanted a custom-sized pantry, rollouts, drawers, full-extension drawer slides, soft-close features everywhere, lazy Susans in the corners, plywood boxes (not particleboard), and even an outlet in my peninsula. These cabinets were customized to fit my space and my needs perfectly—and at a price that was lower than Home Depot or any other cabinet shop I visited. They are beautiful and truly feel like my dream kitchen. I highly recommend Better Homes Cabinets & Granite for their excellent customer service, affordable pricing, and continued support. Upon a recommendation from my husband's friend, we went to Better Homes Cabinets & Granite, LLC for new kitchen cabinets and granite countertops. During the first visit, we were met by Bill and his sweet doggie for a quick look around of their options. Bill is very knowledgeable in the cabinet field, and explained the many different options. He also took us on a tour through where the cabinets were put together and also through the countertop area. After getting some great ideas, we scheduled an appointment for Bill to stop by our home later that evening and take the dimensions. The turn around was super quick! The plans were ready by the next morning. When we returned the next day, we selected the style color and granite tops. The demolition and installation literally started the next week! The cabinet guys were courteous and professional, and the cabinet installation went in quick and easy. Next, was the granite installation and these guys did an awesome job as well. There were some minor scratches in the cabinets which were totally replaced upon inspection and 3 minor divers in the granite that were filled to perfection. We love the final completion, and the cabinets are solidly constructed as well as beautiful. I've attached pictures to see the final product. The price point is a huge plus as well! Much more affordable than other places we visited. We will definitely recommend them to our family and friends as well as the general public! A very easy company to work with as they truly care about customer satisfaction! Check them out, we highly recommend them!
