Water came through the roof causes by a fallen limb. The water was from melted snow and rain. Best Option Restoration came in an tore out wet drywall and set up fans to blow the studs and furring strips, and under a landing for the stairs for over 4 days until everything was dry. They will be doing drywall replacement and painting soon to finish the job so that everything is like new. This job will be covered by insurance.

Wes, Tyler and the rest of the team at Best Option were extremely helpful in helping us get damage from water under control. They were there to answer all our questions and make sure the damage was repaired properly and our home restored to its former condition, before the damage occurred. Highly recommend these guys if you run into an unfortunate situation and need their restoration services. Professional and extremely helpful and informative.

I recently had water damage from a leaking 2nd floor toilet that caused damage up and down stairs. The people from Best Option responded quickly to the situation and have been timely in cleaning up damage and doing repairs. All this happened just before Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. Best Option worked with me to schedule repair work that enabled my family to celebrate the holidays!! The repairs work was excellent. They worked with my insurance company throughout the process! They have been responsive in communication! I would use them again.
