***Warning to Homeowners: I hired Best Option Restoration for a job that was submitted to insurance. They repeatedly told me they’ve never had an insurance company deny a claim. However, my insurance company sent the file through two independent third-party reviewers, both of whom agreed with the denial. Months later, Best Option charged my personal credit card without authorization, using card information I provided four months earlier.
