we had a problem with our Double oven and called Best Home appliance. Their technician came to our home that day. He worked on our oven and told us it needed a new board. We paid him $674.51 to cover the part needed and the installation cost. The board did not work. After two more trips to our home, we are still without an oven. We asked for a refund of payment and they apologized for the problems and agreed to a full refund. We have called numerous times to confirm that our money is returned. They've assured us that "the check's in the mail". We agreed to come pick up the check, but there is no address listed for the company. We would highly recommend that you do not use this company. We will file complaints with the Better Business Bureau and consumer protection agencies.
