Customer service at its best ! Kenneth came to our house and got our heat working! Best guy ever! He was super understanding and down to earth. Knows his stuff . In this day and age coming across a sincere and honest business is tough. Best Cooling and Heating gets my vote !!
Kenny is an absolute legend. My A/C unit went down again a year after Albany Mechanical supposedly "fixed" it. He came over and diagnosed the issue and found they put in the wrong part after undersizing the unit for the size of our new build. We were back up and running in a couple hours from the time I called. Highly recommend Kenny for all of your HVAC needs.
The plumber was very respectful, helpful, and kind. Explained options for repairing the issue and the wall afterwards. He did not have a part he needed and went and got it on a Saturday. Don’t get me wrong, cost plenty of money, but at least it’s fixed on a Saturday
KJ was great. He came within an hour as an emergency call because my basement was flooded. My boiler was 30 years old and spritzing water so I had him replace it and he installed a sump pump so I won’t have the flooding again. He worked 2 long days at my house. Thank you KJ and the other technician that worked with him the second day.(Sorry, I didn’t get your name) I highly recommend this company. They are very responsive. If you have an emergency, call them!
