I brought a i phone 12 pro max into this business for a battery replacement was told was gonna cost $150 plus tax said OK in the process of replacing the battery the owner broke the screen original apple screen and broke the connector that connects the battery to the phone he said now your without a phone for 6 to 8 weeks while it gets sent in for repair had to solder on the board so I had to buy a new phone got phone back yesterday face id does not work because of the screen he used isn't apple certified so when I got home and connected it to Internet and it went into stolen device protection mode I could not disable it because face id doesn't work anymore so I called him he said bring it in all your data will be gone but I can fix it during the process of factory resetting the device he breaks the screen again and then informs me there was a error while trying to update maybe because I did not use apple certified parts I can give you $2.06 for the phone as scrap. stay away from the business now I'm out the $157.60 for the phone that's now got a broken screen and does not work... I paid $157.60 for a phone repair I can not use.
