Provided great service. Took care of a large section of drain line replacement under our home. Replaced piping under kitchen sink. Cleaned up all work areas and returned them to better than original. Benjamin Franklin plumbing has been our go to for years as our 60 plus year old home has slowly needed upgrades.
Great job from everyone involved. Would highly recommend their services to anyone needing plumbing work done. Highly professional and they gave me multiple options to fix my water leak. It was a great experience dealing with them. Also to know it is veteran owned and makes it a priority to hire veterans there should be no reason to not employ their services in any manner. I'm very pleased with the recent services I received from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. They were prompt to not only provide a full inspection of the plumbing on a recent house I purchased here in Richlands but quick to schedule an appointment to have the Hot Water Heater replaced. The Tech was knowledgeable and professional and did an extremely clean and detailed job. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.
They were able to get a plumber out that same day. Matt Lawlor was very professional and thorough. He answered all our questions and addressed our concerns. High quality, reasonably priced work was done and to my surprise it comes with a 2 year guarantee. What confidence in the quality of your work! I highly recommend them. Called BF around 8:30am having no hot water. They told me 10-2 and the technician would call ahead of time. My phone was ringing in about 10 minutes and I had someone at my house by 9. Jason was my technician and he showed me options for my situation. Ultimately I went with a new hot water heater and Jason completed the job in about 2 hours. Hot water restored! Jason was professional, polite, and kept me in the loop as he worked. Would highly recommend!
