By far the worst experience that I have had hiring any "professional" service. I recognize some of the fault is partially on me, but I hired a plumbing service to help do my shower in my house. I have an older style plumbing and instead of being advised on problems that will arise using the newer pieces. I got nothing. Then they tried to steal the shower head that I had just purchased to be used until the newer pieces could be installed. I tried several times to be reasonable and get some advice even after the installation just to see if there was anything I could do to fix the problems I am running into. Basically the screws do not align to the plate, so only one screw is utililized. They won't call me back like they said to even just say that there isn't anything that can be done. There is much more, but I am tired of writing. I would rate 0 but it won't let me rate lower.
