I signed up for a 3 month special they had before my vacation. I did not know I had to cancel after 3 months or I would have. They continued to charge my bank each month. I was charged additional months and did not catch the charge for 5 months. I did not go during those 5 months and they will not reimburse me. (5 times $162.00 a month) I understand and support small businesses but when you don’t support your customers, they will not come back or recommend to others! I tried to call and explain I did not know I had to cancel. Very disappointed and I will not refer any of my family or friends again!
