Bay City Appliances, PHENOMENAL SERVICE!! (Wish I could give more stars, they definitely deserve it! Chris and staff were so kind and quick. We went in at almost closing time, on Sunday, 10/26. Purchased a refrigerator. 10/27 Delivery staff showed up, they were so polite! (They even emptied old fridge and put all of our stuff in the new one.) Chris's wife, Sarah was also wonderful in communication with me. Definitely will purchase again from Bay City Appliances! EXTREMELY HAPPY CUSTOMER!!

At first I would have offered a better review... They worked with a company to get me a fridge for cheap when my landlord didn't provide one. But it only lasted a year and a half and when I asked for help fixing it, they immediately offered to help, took my info down and never followed up. I went in several times and spoke with several people who kept saying they'd be here the next day they'd call the next day, no follow up. My fridge then stopped working entirely and I asked them to just pick it up, they agreed several times, and never came or even called. I spoke to several different people on many different occasions - even being stopped in the street and on the bus by an employee apologizing and telling me they'd be there tomorrow, yet again. It has been 4 months and they've not come to pick up the fridge or even bother to call me. Just promises when I walk in to get me out, and then I never hear from them. Very shady and sketchy. There are no new appliances either. That's a lie.

I can’t say enough good things about Bay City Appliances. Even after my one-year warranty had expired, they went above and beyond to help me when my refrigerator had an issue. Chris was incredibly responsive and helpful from the start—no runaround, just solutions. What truly blew me away was that they provided a loaner fridge while mine was being serviced. That kind of care and customer service is so rare these days. I highly recommend Bay City Appliances to anyone looking for not just great products, but a company that genuinely stands behind what they sell. Thank you again Chris! 🙌
