Bay Area Granite & Marble - BAGM

We have used BAGM 2 times in the past year. Excellent service. We are very pleased. Our kitchen will be next. Nick at the Appleton location is wonderful. Very professional. One of nicest sales people I’ve encountered in a long time.

Sales process went smoothly, however, installation and finished product is a different story. They didn’t have the hole for my sink cut correctly, even though I provided specific model info and measurements, so they had to leave to re-cut it and return a week later to complete the install. The hole for my kitchen faucet is not centered, it’s pushed too far back, so my faucet handle hits my backsplash, again, specific faucet info and dimensions were sent. Overall a great experience with small hiccups. Had BAGM provide counter tops for a bathroom and wet bar. Kora and Jason provided great service and communication throughout the process. Our installation went well overall, but the crew that came to install used a caulking that did not show well and some of the joint work for the back splash was not as precise as expected. BAGM was very quick to respond, sending a crew over to do the work, but they did a rush effort to band-aid the issue.
