I hired Michael to install a ceiling fan in my bathroom. This was made extra difficult because my attic has an insanely large amount of insulation. There is the standard insulation and then about 3 feet of spray insulation. My house was built in 1979 and there was never a bathroom fan installed. Michael was not deterred, he and his helper Deb did an amazing job! He was willing to do the work in the middle of winter and with all that insulation. I would definitely hire Michael again to do the things around the house that I either don’t know how to do or don’t want to do.

Mike has a wide range of talents and I HIGHLY recommend him. In my case, he sealed a fireplace flashing, replaced a bathroom counter top and sink as well as the faucet, fixed an interior door that would not close completely, replaced weather stripping on a large casement window, and did several deck repairs. Mike not only does great work, but is reliable, professional, communicates well throughout the project, and has reasonable pricing.

I contacted Mike about installing a dishwasher, where there was a cabinet. So he would have to take out the cupboard and install the dishwasher. Also I wanted new countertops and a new sink. He did all these projects with precision and expertise. I am very pleased with his work and will definitely get him again. He is responsible and reliable, and his price is very reasonable. Please see before and after pictures.
