We are deeply appreciative of our family working with your family to create a magnificent new roof for us. We are so very thankful that, as a child Maureen, remembers the Bannisters when they were located in downtown Burlington. After meeting with Bernie, we were pretty convinced that we want to work with your family. We did go through the process of getting two other bids. However, we chose wisely and selected yours because the relationship felt just so right. We began the working together on Monday with the temperature at 80 as your crew climbed onto our roof. They finished two days later with the temperature still in the upper 80s having hit 96 during the second day. As families, we took care and looked after one another with kind caring, keeping the safety of your "family" top of mind. The workmanship was exquisite and the finished product was just as we had hoped it would be. However, perhaps most impressive is that our property was returned to us cleaner than it was prior to the installation. If you are in need of a new roof and would like to experience a long family tradition, we would love to have you call us so that we can share our experience with the entire Bannister family the work they left behind.

I hired Bannister Custom Exteriors, owned and operated by Kevin and Ryan Bannister, to install a Drexel Metal roof in 2020. I paid them thousands of dollars extra to make sure that the work was completed in such a way that a Drexel Metal 25 year warranty was applied to my roof. During the installation Bannister scratched 4 panels and left flashing incomplete. One area runs most of the length and width of the panel. Drexel Metal came to my house to inspect the damage. They concluded that because Bannister compromised the integrity of the panels during installation they are now no longer under the Drexel Metal warranty. There is also gapping around my chimney flashing and when it rains water leaks into my house. To this day Bannister has not addressed the panels they damaged or the flashing. I could write pages on how this company has been DISHONEST and DISRESPECTFUL but this experience has depleted my energy to say the very least. This has by far been the WORST customer service experience I have ever had the DISPLEASURE of enduring. My advice to you, do not hire this company. If you absolutely must, hire a 3rd party to inspect their work and DO NOT give them any money outside of the deposit until the work is 100% complete and to your satisfaction. It has been my experience that they will not honor their 2 year craftsmanship warranty.
