I am a membership customer and recently had this company come out to diagnose a failed water heater. The technician was professional and the appointment itself was handled promptly. I was quoted $4,449.43 to replace a standard 50-gallon electric water heater located in an accessible attic, or $6,042.56 if I wanted an extended warranty. When I asked whether this was a typical rate, I was told it was competitive and that people pay this regularly. I ultimately declined the work. I purchased a comparable water heater and necessary parts myself and, with help from a family member, completed the replacement for under $700 total. No work was performed by the company beyond the initial evaluation. I’m leaving this review to encourage other homeowners to get multiple quotes and understand their options before proceeding with a major repair.
