My air unit froze up. Took them a week to come out. The man saw that there were 2 internal air filters that needed changed and he assumed that was the problem. He never looked further. He was gone in 5 minutes. It froze up again. I called and got no answer. Left voice mail. Finally got a call back a whole week later. She said she'd been in and out of the office. Just terrible customer service. Never again!

This company does not care about their work! They used improper wire to install my A/C and direct buried the wire which is not meant for that application. The wire shorted out, burnt my breaker up and could have ultimately caused my house to catch fire due to negligence. I would seriously have a professional company be sure your A/C is wired with the correct wire. When the 1st setup my A/C they used the wrong size breaker and didn’t admit it until my A/C failed and needed repairs from improper breaker. This company is negligent and shouldn’t be in business.

They installed our unit last year, and replaced our thermostats also. The thermostats has never worked right! I called them twice in the past few weeks, was told that someone would call me back. Never heard back from them. I have called several times this week and haven't gotten an answer. Apparently they don't even have voice-mail. And our warranty runs out in Aug. I will not use them again, or refer anyone to use them!
