I sent my 15+ yr old Birkenstocks in for a complete rebuild of soles & foot bed but wanted to keep the suede straps. What came back was a brand new looking pair of Birks that look better than when the shoes were new, and the old suede had been cleaned as well!!! Amazing...

My podiatrist referred me to BalanceWorks for their custom 3-D printed orthotics to help out with some foot issues that I’d been having for over 2 years. They carry a large selection of orthopedic footwear as well. Their orthotics and orthopedic footwear provided my feet with the comfort and support that I needed to keep my feet and ankles in proper alignment. As my feet were healing, they made a few minor adjustments to my orthotics over time. The staff is always very friendly, professional and accommodating for their customers’ needs. I highly recommend BalanceWorks for everyone to help resolve any foot issues and to keep your feet healthy in the future.
I mailed my well-worn Red Wings to Lenoci's because one of the soles had come off. They were willing to install a full lug sole in place of the mini lug so I could start using these for work boots instead of church boots. When I got them back, they looked like a brand new pair of boots with professionally installed soles. They had even patched a gash in the double toe that I hadn't even mentioned and installed a new set of laces. One of the last real cobblers around and they even respond to emails.
I was absolutely blown away by how my boots turned out. At first, I was nervous about getting my favorite boots serviced, but I'm so glad I did. I've had these boots for 5 years, and they've endured a beating from the Vermont elements. I can't believe how great they look now!
