Immediate response to a potentially medical situation after returning to extremely cold house after an 18 day vacation. In my search for a new service provider as ours had retired... B&A H/AC received a very solid referral from a knowledgeable friend. Impressed with quick response by Dana. Brad and his son came AFTER HOURS to assure we had heat as the forecast is expected to be 37° tonight! Brad knew immediately what the problem was and solved it with his expertise with the house warming up as they left. This service probably kept me from a ER visit with their prompt response and staying in a hotel this holiday weekend. B&A HEAT/AC will have my strongest recommendation and referral!!!

I called B & A first thing in the morning they had someone out by the afternoon. They located the problem on my system and also then took the time to research my unit that it was still under warranty even though they were not the ones that installed it. They found that the defective part was covered by the warranty. I was only charged for the labor that wasn’t covered by the manufacturer warranty. Great honest company.
