I have had B and D for refinishing floors a number of times with exceptional results - I own a two family and had a tenant that had plants that leaked over a period of time- huge stain- I could not imagine it could be fixed- just had a heating pipe replaced with a three inch hole in the floor- both times the results were like a miracle! Both times you could not even spot the repair- highly recommend!
