I’ve had a really great experience with Az Auto Master. The manager, Travis, is super nice and has always treated me with respect. He genuinely wants what’s best for both my vehicle and for me, and that really shows. There also another guy here I’m forgetting his name but he was also super sweet. The guy with the WRX :) This is not a place where you’ll ever feel taken advantage of — even as a woman, I’ve always felt comfortable, informed, and respected. They take the time to explain things clearly and never pressure you. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for honest, trustworthy service.

This is the only mechanic I will be using from now on. Trusted and reliable. Travis and his crew have worked on my truck a couple of times! The price is fair. The team is extremely transparent and walked me through what my issue was and the best plan of action to get it fixed. They have even had me bring the truck back to make sure it's running properly after being in the shop. These people care and that is hard to find. If you are worried about getting work on your vehicle and need someone you can trust. Go here they will take great care of you and give honest work. They got my GMC canyon working again nicely and im so happy to be back on the road thanks to them!

MIKE IS FREAKING AMAZING, I won't go into my life story but I will say this, he's a God send amongst other things. A philanthropist and humanitarian to say the least. This man has went above and beyond to make sure that my vehicle was repaired safely for me to be able to get to work and get my babies around. When I say I'm greatly appreciative for Mike and everyone at the shop, especially Crystal she was wonderful in offering a listening ear and a shoulder... She's amazing as well. If you're ever looking for a shop I highly highly recommend here. This shop has two locations, the one I visited at 2343 E Baseline Rd in Gilbert and the other being 4122 W. Venus Way in Chandler.

I highly recommend either location of AZ auto masters to everyone. This is a down to earth shop, with great staff. From the owner to the tech. The reception desk are attentive to your individual needs, and convey it to the owner and the techs. There is no pressure selling. They are however driven by safety, your safety, and if you have kids, precious cargo. They have helped my niece in her time of need, being a single mother. Pricing is more than reasonable, considering rising prices everywhere. Both men and women can rest assured you are getting honest asessments on maintainence and repairs. Give them a try, they are keepers!
