Thank you Avista! For having caring Customer Service Representatives and hard working crews! We were notified yesterday evening, that due to the widespread damage across the area, from the recent wind storm, that we might be able to get power on as soon as late Friday. Three whole days of no power, in December is a hard pill to swallow. We rent. No secondary heat source. All appliances are electric so no way of really cooking for my children. I called in hopes of being heard and was definitely met with a caring, patient Representative named Allison. Thank you so much for the patience and understanding, and your time. I know this is a crazy stressful time of year. So thank you! From behalf of all the families in our little neighborhood.
