No. These guys completely screwed up my family’s phone plan. If ANYTHING go to Idaho falls or Jackson if you need to switch carriers. These guys have no idea what they’re doing. And they are highly disrespectful.

Such a nice store, and even better, what great people. They didn't have to try and help, and they wouldn't give up, and they fixed the problem with my laptop that has just about driven me over the edge. Thank you travis, thank you friends. Keep up the good work. James

Asked about warranty services and they threw it on Apple. Only had them replace the back of mine and my hubby Apple phones paid for 2 hours of work and the glass back and one time, dropping it in a nice protective case and the back is shattered.mine was fix a month ago and my hubby two weeks ago. At least with the original Apple the back holds together better. And they don’t warranty any work. And don’t even know what they are taking about. If I would have went through Apple I would have got a whole new phone for the price I paid them for just the back replaced. Don’t recommend.

Our computer system went down and AV Fanatics was there to save the day. They sent a technician right to our store and even gave us an interim CPU to get us back on our feet while they built us a new computer specific to our needs. Tyler did a great job retrieving all our most important data and setting up our new system so we could get back to business.
