Adam has installed two Napoleon propane fireplaces in our homes 2016 and 2020. His after sales service and advice have been timely and helpful. He was great at assessing and recommending stove size. Both installs can heat the whole home.

If I could give no stars I would. 3 years I have been trying to get ahold of Adam to finish our stove. He has sent guys out they tired but needed something else and never came back. We called the company and are told Adam had our parts. He doesn’t return our calls and if he does he doesn’t show up when he says. Horrible business!! Do NOT do business here!

These guys are amazing. Sales are super friendly and service department are easy to work with. Highly recommend. Product knowledge is also great. They knew exactly what I needed.
