Lies!! they ran my credit report that I got approved for but told me the car I wanted was sold!!!!!!!!!! its a dealership gimmick to get you into a more expensive car!!!! smh why do a hard pull on something I wasn't interested in!!!!!!!! and the car is still posted on Edmunds!! read all reviews before buying!! and no I do not accept business reply stating: I am sorry for your experience please give us a call. NO!!! just do not do it in the 1st place!!!!!! that is unethical!!!!!

My wife and I drove from Jamaica Queens to an, “at your service greeting”. We checked in and as soon as the pen hit the table Juan our sales rep greeted us in a non intrusive manner. Juan was patient and accommodating. He ensured all our concerns were addressed. When it came to pricing Juan understood our preferences and did everything in his power to meet them. From the show room to handing the keys with a fist bump at the door Juan meet our expectations. That is until we left the lot. We soon discovered that this dealership lacks integrity. Be careful the too good to be true red carpet treatment is shady. The outside plush as you can see. But. The brakes were shot. We had to get all new brakes and rotors. Two tires were dry rotted. We replaced the tires and the under carriage was badly rusted. They offered to do the brakes but were glad we didn’t because we would not have realized how bad the damage was. So they gave us a temporary license plate that expired before we received our registration “Facts” After numerous attempts to correct it we were told they cant extend the plates. Meanwhile both NY and NJ DMV states they should are able to. Again Be in the know after a month they had not submitted our registration request “FACTS” so we called and called and called and called some more. That fist bump at the door became a you get the hand. And that red carpet treatment turned into a one night stand. so after calling around and being placed on hold during phone transfers.
