After receiving my car back, something didn’t sound quite right with the driver’s side door. I brought it back the next morning spoke to Juan and the owner, Carlos, and they were completely happy to take another look at it and fix it to my satisfaction. I would recommend Auto Collision Rebuilders and their staff to work on your car.
The best body shop in Palatine! Originally got work done on my Subaru back around May of 2020 after a little fender bender. Carlos and his crew were super helpful and informative of any potential discoloration between body panels. Fast forward three years later, and the paint and craftsmanship is still holding up with no chipping. I highly recommend Auto Collision Rebuilders whether its from an accident or needing a respray.
Carlos did a great job on a front end collision. His work on the car is fantastic and the in house paint job matches OEM perfectly which I was initially worried about. He also dealt with my insurance for weeks which was a constant issue for us. I respect his patience and that he didn't sacrifice quality because of the insurance issues. Would definitely recommend this shop
Long & overdue review, but definitely needed! I went in November to have some damage repaired on my Chrysler 200 through my insurance. It ended up being more like my entire bumper had to be replaced, but Carlos & team did a great job on my baby. He did a great job walking me through the process (me: knowing 0 about cars) and when I picked up he also thoroughly explained what was done...I could even see my old bumper on the side of the garage with the damage. They definitely go the extra mile, as my car is a specific paint - which they had to reorder to get it to match perfectly. With working from home, I'd completely forgotten about the appointment at 5pm and Carlos was nice enough to wait for me while I walked over to the shop & I'm pretty sure they cleaned my car! Awesome, awesome job! Smooth process, knowledgeable, honest, Spanish speaking ability, great people and a local shop! The process seems like talking to a family friend vs. a shop! Highly recommend for your car needs!
